Saturday and Sunday, by appointment
Monday and Tuesday, closed.

Admission
$6 for adults; $3 for students over 12, artists and senior citizens.
Free to CfCA members, children 12 and under and on Sundays from 11am - 1pm.

Tours
Guided tours are led by professional educators, Penn students and CfCA staff. Tour requests are accepted by email and phone with a two week minimum advance booking required. Print a Tour Reservation Form [PDF, 90K]. Two alternate dates must be included in all requests.

Guided tours are $50 per tour for K-12 and college groups and $75 per tour for adult and community groups. Guided tours are FREE to all School District of Philadelphia and University of Pennsylvania groups. Self-guided groups pay regular admissions rates per person of $6 general and $3 student/senior. Teachers are strongly urged to preview exhibitions prior to a tour. A FREE Educators Pass is available for all educators with ID. Parking and Transportation
Public parking lots are located adjacent to the museum and in the surrounding area, and metered parking is available on the street. CfCA is an easy walk from SEPTA lines. For public transportation, take green line train #13 to 42nd Street. CfCA is located in West Philadelphia at 42nd Street and Chester Avenue, four blocks west of the Schuylkill Expressway (76) from the University City Exit.

Trains: Amtrak or SEPTA to 30th Station
Cross 30th Street and take the #13 Green Subway Surface Line west to 42nd Street.

Driving Directions to CfCA

From Philadelphia - 676 West
Starting off on 676 West, follow it to Schuylkill Expressway (76) East.
Take the University Avenue exit.
After Exit Ramp, proceed north on University Avenue.
Turn left onto Baltimore Avenue, and make an immediate half-left onto Woodland Avenue.
Make a half-right onto Chester Avenue, and cross 42nd Street.
CfCA is on your right in the Chester Arms building, fourth floor, apartment 4E.

From the North - New York, New Jersey, Connecticut
Take New Jersey Turnpike South to Exit 4 and get on 295 South.
Follow signs to Walt Whitman Bridge and cross the bridge.
Take I-76 West to the University Avenue exit.
Follow directions above from University Avenue.

From Pittsburgh, Harrisburg, Western Suburbs, Valley Forge, King of Prussia
Take I-76 East to the University Avenue exit.
Follow directions above from University Avenue.

From the South - Baltimore, Washington
Take I-95 North to 676 West.
Follow directions from 676 West above.

From South Jersey/ Atlantic City
Proceed to Benjamin Franklin Bridge.
Cross Bridge and merge onto 676 West.
